A graduate of California State University, Stanislaus, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and Humphreys University Drivon School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor, Ashley Weber applies her education and training to the practice of workers’ compensation law. She brings both a strong academic foundation and years of practical legal experience to her role. Her background as a paralegal and legal assistant shaped her into a diligent advocate with a reputation for thorough preparation, thoughtful analysis, and client-centered representation.
Ashley’s passion for workers’ compensation law began during her legal studies and deepened through her internship with the State Compensation Insurance Fund, where she gained invaluable exposure to the intricacies of the workers’ compensation system. In addition to this focused experience, she has also worked in civil litigation and criminal appellate law, which broadened her perspective and refined her advocacy skills. This combination allows her to approach workers’ compensation matters with both specialized knowledge and a well-rounded understanding of litigation practice.
