Astrid Saenz Huynh
Associate Attorney
Astrid Saenz Huynh brings focused experience in workers’ compensation litigation, including the evaluation of key medical-legal and valuation issues. She approaches litigation with an emphasis on thoughtful analysis, clear communication, and practical solutions directed toward efficient and defensible resolution.
Her background includes direct experience across a broad range of workers’ compensation matters, informed by prior applicant-side practice and providing insight into claim development, medical-legal positioning, and settlement dynamics. This perspective allows Astrid to anticipate opposing arguments, identify defensible issues at an early stage, and develop defense strategies focused on minimizing exposure.
In addition to her workers’ compensation practice, Astrid has experience in mass tort litigation involving large-scale wildfire matters and employment-related mediation matters facilitated by the California Civil Rights Department. This broader litigation exposure supports her ability to analyze claims involving overlapping factual, medical, and legal issues.
Astrid earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Northridge, where she majored in Political Science with a minor in Sociology. She is a former Law Fellow with the Legal Education Access Pipeline (LEAP), a mentorship and professional development program dedicated to expanding access to the legal profession and brings native Spanish fluency to her practice.
