Monica Lindsley
Associate Attorney
Monica Lindsley was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. From a young age she was passionate about the law, and at age 16 began volunteering with local organizations that provided legal and physical aid to young mothers escaping domestic violence. She attended University in Santa Cruz, CA on a President’s Academic scholarship before getting married and starting a family. While raising her children she worked in local county government and continued her passion for volunteering, becoming a member of her local Search and Rescue chapter.
Monica later returned to school while maintaining full-time work and raising two teenagers, graduating from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 2024. Upon admission to the California State Bar she began practicing as a worker’s compensation defense attorney, later joining our Firm in May of 2026.
Outside of the office, Monica loves her family and friends and exploring new hiking trails or paddle boarding on Folsom Lake. You can find her and her insanely energetic belgian malinois puppy, Lulu, keeping her on her toes on various adventures on the weekends.
