Neil Gilmor
Senior Attorney
San Diego based, Neil has over 25 years of experience handling workers’ compensation cases on behalf of employers and insurers. He has been a specialist in workers’ compensation since 2007 and is also licensed in Nevada and Maryland. He enjoys working closely with employers to negotiate early resolutions of cases and is comfortable handling complex medical issues.
Outside of work, he spends time with his family and roster of animals (dogs, chickens and barn owls). He can frequently be spotted at the beach surfing. He also enjoys firing up his offset smoker for backyard parties. Neil assists a local high school lacrosse team and is the announcer for his daughter’s team.
He is a proud graduate of the University of Vermont, where he played club lacrosse, and the University of Baltimore School of Law.
